Beth Knittle

Beth Knittle is a K12 Technology Integration Specialist for Barnstable Public Schools. Before taking the tech position she served as a middle school math and science teacher for almost 20 years. Much of that time was spent teaching internationally.

In Second Life she goes under the name Beth Kohnke. Beth began exploring Second Life in April, 2007. Since then she has become a member of the Leadership Council in the DEN in SL and activity participates in the activities of ISTE, the Blogger's Cafe and is one of the founding team members of Lighthouse Learning Island. According to Beth, "SL is a wonderful opportunity for educators to expand their personal learning networks and to meet and collaborate with educators from around the globe." She looks forward to meeting even more wonderful DEN members both in and out of Second Life!
